UPDATE! Negotiation Weekend Extended

We’ve extended the Negotiation Weekend til Tuesday, September 20, 2022 because so many are interested but needed more time to finalize their choices.

We are overstocked and dozens of homes must be sold during this event. We had a great turnout and sold many homes but we still have many left marked for extreme savings. If you were unable to make it this past weekend, you are in luck. The owner has extended our event through Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at 6pm

We will tour the homes, answer any questions, then let you negotiate your price with David, The Owner of Village Homes!

We are overstocked and dozens of homes must be sold during this event. Bring your checkbook and good credit to sit across from the owner and negotiate Xtreme Savings on your new home. The best selection will be earlier in the week. As we sell homes, they will be removed from the available inventory list. Don’t procastinate and miss out on your perfect home!

No reasonable offer will be refused. Larger discounts possible for cash or if you have land and can take immediate delivery.

Saturday Sept 17, 2022 is the final day of this Xtreme Savings Extravaganza.
